Interior Design Solutions and Sourcing provides our “to the Trade Only” program that is easy to use. Below is the list of categories to select from and steps required for buying home-related goods through ARBITRAGO.

1. FIND YOUR MERCHANDISE
You are welcome to visit our extensive and carefully selected list of trusted MANUFACTURERS. This selection allows you to find “to the Trade Only” products from hundreds of producers of fine furniture and home goods. You may also use interior design magazines, such as Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Interior Design, Luxe, Metropolitan Home, Veranda, and many others to locate favorite products. Additionally, you can select items from retailers, including Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, west elm, William-Sonoma, Z Gallery, and others and let us know what items you want to purchase.
2. GET A QUOTE
Any of the products you find can be purchased through our professional sourcing and buying services. Complete the GET A QUOTE form with important details (i.e. manufacturer, item name/number, finishes and/or colors selected, quantity needed, etc.). Once received and reviewed with a manufacturer of your choice, we will get back to you with a written Quote, detailing the estimated production time, manufacturer’s price you pay plus our added purchase fee that starts at 5% and goes up to 10% over net cost (based on volume and our involvement in the process), estimated shipping time, shipping/handling fees and applicable sales tax. Please note that all manufacturers reserve the right to increase quoted prices.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER
If you wish to place an order, please print out, sign and return the quote back to us with a payment in full via check or wire transfer. We will handle all of the paperwork, monitor the status of your order and make all necessary delivery arrangements.
PRODUCTION TIME: Please remember that bespoke (custom-made) products may take from 4 to 20 (or more) weeks to be produced, depending on the manufacturer, and we will keep you up-to-date on the status of your order, including any possible delays or earlier deliveries.
SHIPPING: Closer to the completion date of your order, we will notify you on an estimated arrival date of your merchandise to our warehouse and confirm your preferred method of shipment. Once our warehouse received your merchandise, we will confirm received items against placed order to assure accuracy and will arrange a delivery to you based the shipping method of your choice.
