HOW IT WORKS / FAQ
Currently, we only accept checks and wire transfers. All credit card purchases must go through PayPal and 4% transaction fee will be charged on top of the final price.
All sales are final, since most of ordered products are made especially for you and there are no cancellations, returns or refunds, even if a product arrives damaged. Damaged goods may be exchanged, repaired or replaced by a manufacturer at their own discretion (see below question What if my item arrived with freight damage? for more details). Shipping, handling, storage, White Glove delivery service, and insurance charges are not refundable.
It depends on your shipping method and destination. In order for us to give you an estimated quote on shipping charges, we need to know where to ship your order. We will include estimated shipping into the quote, after your completion of a GET A QUOTE form.
Yes. We can issue a letter of introduction, which will allow you to access Design Centers and Showrooms in the United States.
A letter of introduction that we can provide will allow you to see the product, however, Design Centers and Showrooms only sell to qualified purchasers, such as ARBITRAGO. Generally, showrooms would be able to provide product information and specifications, including finish options, available sizes, etc.
It depends on each manufacturer’s production time for ordered items and production times varies anywhere from 4 to 20 weeks. At the time we provide you with a quote, based on information provided by the Manufacturer, we will indicate an estimated production time of each item on your order.
We suggest insuring your purchases to protect your merchandise during shipping. Although it rarely happens during transit, damages do occur. When your items are picked up from the Manufacturer, the title is passed to you. If your order is shipped within the United States, the receiving party must note any freight damage on the shippers bill of lading at the time of delivery and take pictures of damaged goods/boxes. Then you must immediately file a claim with the shipper. Your insurance policy should cover you for the amount specified in the selected policy. After reviewing your claim, in most cases, the shipper can either repair the damages or provide needed parts, or pick up the item from your receiver and return it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. If the product is shipped outside of the United States and arrives damaged, you will have to file a claim with the shipper and your insurance company. You would be responsible to return the merchandise back to the Manufacturer and for all shipping charges, if a Manufacturer agrees to issue a replacement.
ARBITRAGO extends all manufacturers warranties, which are provided upon purchase. Please note that a warranty might not be valid if the product is shipped outside of the United States.
ARBITRAGO does not accept orders in ½ increments and we will round up to the nearest whole yard number.
Generally there is no minimum order requirement, however, on fabric, leather or wallpaper, it must be either one (1) yard or one (1) roll. Certain Manufacturers and products have minimums but we will specify it for each product, based on your request.
